As the Founder Chairman and Managing Director of Airtravel Enterprises India Limited, E M Najeeb is a pioneer of the Travel and Tourism Industry. He has been at the forefront of leading innovation in this space and moving forward the industry together. E M Najeeb has been at the helm of various organisations such as Kerala Travel Mart, Indian Association of Tour Operators, Trivandrum Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He also furthered Tourism Education as a member of the Board of Studies for Kerala University, Mahatma Gandhi University, Cochin University of Science & Technology, Kannur University & Noorul Islam University.

He is currently the president of the Confederation of Kerala Tourism Industry, the Senior Vice President of Indian Association of Tour Operators and the Vice Chairman of Trivandrum Agenda Task Force.
