Why book flights with an IATA agent
Contracted fares, one ticket across two airlines and a person who rebooks you at 2 a.m.: when an agent beats a booking site.

Booking sites are quick and often good for simple domestic trips. For international travel from Kochi, Trivandrum, Calicut, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad or Mumbai, an IATA-accredited agent can save money and a lot of trouble. Here's where the difference shows.
Fares you won't see online
Agents hold contracted and consolidator fares on many routes, particularly to the Gulf, Europe and North America. On a family booking the difference can pay for a hotel night.
One ticket, two airlines
Outbound on one carrier and back on another, on a single ticket that protects your connection if the first flight is late. It's routine for an agent and rarely possible online.
The all-in price
Baggage, seats and payment charges can add a lot to a cheap headline fare. We quote the total, with the change and refund rules alongside.
When plans change
Rebooking, reissues and refunds go through the agent, who deals with the airline for you. When a flight is cancelled at night, you call a person, not a chatbot.
Group and special bookings
Family weddings, pilgrimages and company groups need group fares and seat blocks, which agents arrange directly with airlines.
