How a visa application works
From choosing the right visa to collecting your passport: the steps behind a successful UK, Schengen, US or Japan application.

Visa refusals almost always come down to documents, not eligibility. Here's how our visa desks in Kochi, Trivandrum, Calicut, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai run an application.
1. The right visa and timeline
We confirm the visa type, the consulate that handles it, current processing times and the earliest realistic travel date. Schengen and UK appointments in spring and summer can be weeks away.
2. A checklist for your case
Salaried, self-employed, student or retired, travelling alone or as a family: each needs a different set of documents. You get a list for your situation, not a generic one.
3. Documents reviewed
Bank statements, tax returns, employer letters, bookings and insurance are checked for gaps and inconsistencies. We write the cover letter that ties them together.
4. Application and appointment
Forms completed, fees paid and biometrics or interview booked at the nearest centre. For US visas, we also prepare you for the interview.
5. Tracking and collection
We track the application and tell you when your passport is ready. If the visa is refused, we read the reasons and advise honestly on next steps.
Start with our visa services, or go straight to Schengen, UK, US or Japan.
