Our story
Fifty years of seamless travel
Airtravel Enterprises was founded in Trivandrum, Kerala in 1976 by E M Najeeb, a pioneer of India's travel and tourism industry. What started as a small travel company with a big ambition — to redefine convenience in travel — grew through innovation, reliability and a customer-first culture into one of the region's most trusted travel groups.
Today ATE is a full-service IATA agency with eleven offices across India and the United Arab Emirates, a corporate desk serving leading organisations, and a family of group companies spanning tour operations, destination management and hospitality.
Through it all, one principle has held: we promise what we can do, and we do what we promise.

What makes Airtravel Enterprises different from other travel agencies?
We plan the whole journey, look after you while you travel and sort out anything that changes. As a family-led business since 1976, with offices in India and the UAE, we have seen almost everything travel can throw at you.
Do you offer 24/7 support while I'm travelling?
Yes. Every client gets a dedicated 24/7 number when they book, for last-minute changes, delays and emergencies anywhere in the world.
Can you help with visas?
Yes: document preparation, appointments and tracking for tourist and business visas to every country, with particular experience in Schengen, UK, US, Japan and Australia visas.
Do you manage corporate travel and events?
Yes: corporate travel managed to policy with negotiated fares, 24/7 traveller support and clear reporting, plus incentive trips, conferences and offsites abroad.
Are your services only for luxury travellers?
Not at all. Our service is built around personalisation, not price. First trip or fiftieth, we plan around your needs and budget.
Can you design a custom holiday?
That's what we do most: honeymoons, family holidays, group trips and journeys for the whole family. Tell us what you're looking for and we handle every detail.
Do you charge service fees?
Fees depend on the service and are confirmed before you book, so there are no surprises.
What happens if my plans change after booking?
We handle changes, cancellations and rebookings with airlines and hotels on your behalf to keep penalties as low as possible.
