These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and of the payment services offered by Airtravel Enterprises. By making a booking or payment through us, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. General terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all bookings and online payments made through Airtravel Enterprises.

1.2 Airtravel Enterprises reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

1.3 Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.

2. Payment methods

2.1 We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer and other digital payment methods as made available by our payment providers.

2.2 The customer must ensure they provide correct payment details. We shall not be liable for any payment failures due to incorrect information.

3. Pricing and currency

3.1 All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Prices may change without prior notice, but such changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid.

3.3 Airline fares, hotel rates and visa fees are subject to the terms of the respective supplier or authority.

4. Payment confirmation

4.1 Once a payment is successfully processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.

4.2 If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team immediately.

5. Liability disclaimer

5.1 Airtravel Enterprises acts as an agent for airlines, hotels and other suppliers, whose own conditions of carriage and terms apply to your booking.

5.2 We shall not be liable for payment failures, delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors. We do not store sensitive payment information such as card details on our servers.

5.3 Any disputes related to payments must be reported within 30 days of the transaction.

6. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. PLACEHOLDER — to be confirmed by legal counsel.
