Questions, answered
Everything you might want to know before you get in touch. Can't find it here? Ask us directly.
What is included in an Umrah package?
Umrah visa, return flights, hotels in Makkah and Madinah, airport and inter-city transfers, and guidance. Meals and ziyarat tours can be added.
Do UAE residents need a visa for Umrah?
Yes, but for most residents it is straightforward: depending on your passport and residence visa you can use a Saudi tourist or Umrah e-visa. Send us your passport and Emirates ID copy and we'll confirm.
Do you offer Umrah by bus?
Our packages are by air, for comfort and to save leave days. If you'd prefer road travel for a group, ask us and we'll advise.
When is the best time to go?
UAE Umrah searches peak from October to March and drop in April and May. Outside Ramadan and the Hajj weeks the Haram is quieter and hotels cost less.
