Bali remains one of the most-asked-for honeymoons from India: private pool villas, warm water, temples at sunset and food from roadside warungs to fine dining. Five days is enough for a first visit; seven lets you slow down.

We split the stay between the beach at Seminyak or Nusa Dua and the hills of Ubud, with a private driver for temples and rice terraces and a boat day to Nusa Penida.
