Kashmir remains India's most romantic landscape: shikara rides at dawn, Mughal gardens, snow at Gulmarg and the meadows of Pahalgam. Searches peak in March, April and December, so book early for those months.
We combine a night on a deluxe houseboat with well-located hotels and a private car throughout.

Srinagar
Arrive at Srinagar Airport and transfer to your hotel. Shikara ride on Dal Lake, then a relaxed evening.

The Mughal gardens, including Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh.

Srinagar
Day trip to Gulmarg, with an optional gondola ride. Return to Srinagar.

Srinagar
Day trip to Sonamarg for mountain scenery and glacier views. Return to Srinagar.

Pahalgam
Drive to Pahalgam and explore Aru Valley and Betaab Valley.

Drive back from Pahalgam to Srinagar, check in and the rest of the day at leisure.

When is the best time to visit Kashmir?
March to May for spring blossom and the tulip garden, June to August for green meadows, and December to February for snow at Gulmarg.
