Visa services in Dubai: how an application works for UAE residents

Residence validity, salary certificates, NOCs and appointments: the steps behind a successful UK, Schengen or US visa from the UAE.

Visa refusals almost always come down to documentation, not eligibility. Here's how our visa team in Dubai runs an application for UAE residents of any nationality.

1. Passport, residence and timeline

Your passport decides what you need; your UAE residence decides where you apply. Most consulates require a residence visa with several months remaining. We confirm the route, processing times and the earliest realistic travel date. Schengen appointments in summer can be a month away.

2. Document checklist

Bank statements, salary certificate, NOC from your employer, Emirates ID, itinerary, insurance and hotel bookings. Each consulate has its own preferences and we prepare to them.

3. Application and appointment

Forms completed, fees paid and the biometric appointment booked at the visa centre in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

4. Tracking and collection

We track the application and tell you the moment the passport is ready, or advise on next steps after a refusal.
